# Webflow Pricing 2026: The Real Monthly Cost (and Whether Performance Marketers Need It)

Webflow pricing starts at $15 a month. **For most marketing teams the real bill is several times** that, and this guide shows exactly where the difference comes from.

Webflow is one of the best website builders ever made. That is not a polite intro before a takedown. The design control is real, the hosting is fast, the CMS is solid, and companies like Dropbox and Monday.com run their marketing sites on it.

The problem starts when someone who buys traffic for a living opens the pricing page and tries to work out what a campaign will actually cost. Webflow does not charge per visitor. It charges per site, per seat, per gigabyte of bandwidth, and per add-on. A/B testing is one of those add-ons, and it costs more than most landing page tools cost in total.

This guide covers what Webflow costs in 2026, what the real monthly bill looks like once you add the parts the pricing page does not add up for you, and where a performance marketer is better off with something built for campaigns. Every number comes from Webflow’s own [pricing page](https://webflow.com/pricing) and help docs, checked in August 2026.

> **Short version** - Site plans: Starter free, Basic $15/month, Premium $25/month, all billed yearly. Team is $2,500/month. Enterprise is a quote. - You pay one Site plan per published site, plus a Workspace plan, plus $39/month for every extra full seat. - A/B testing is not included on any plan. Webflow Optimize starts at $299/month. - Traffic is metered in bandwidth, not visits. Basic includes 10 GB. Premium includes 50 GB. - Webflow cannot import an existing page. Its own FAQ says you can only build sites inside Webflow. - LanderLab starts at $69/month billed yearly with 100,000 visits, 5 domains, and A/B testing on every plan including the free one.

![](https://landerlab.io/blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/webflow-site-plans-2026-1024x576.webp) The headline numbers, and only one of three layers you pay for.

## How Webflow pricing actually works

Most tools have one bill. Webflow has three, and they stack.

- **Site plans.** One per published website. This covers hosting, the domain connection, bandwidth, and the CMS.

- **Workspace plans.** This covers the people who build. Seats, staging sites, code export, AI credits.

- **Add-ons.** Optimize for testing, Analyze for analytics, Localize for languages, plus extra bandwidth and extra AI credits.

Miss any one of those layers and your estimate will be wrong by a lot. Webflow states it plainly on the pricing page: prices are per site.

Three separate charges, stacked. The Optimize add-on is where most of the money goes.

## Webflow Site plans in 2026

Webflow simplified this lineup in May 2026. The old CMS and Business plans were folded into one plan called Premium, so any guide still quoting a $23 CMS tier or a $49 Business tier is out of date.

A few details that matter more than the price:

- **Starter publishes to a webflow.io subdomain only**, with 50 form submissions per site. Fine for learning, useless for a live campaign.

- **Basic has no CMS at all.** If you want a blog or any collection-driven content, you are on Premium.

- **Premium is the default** for most real marketing sites. It brings the CMS, site search, code components, and form file uploads.

- **Team is $2,500 a month on an annual contract.** That is $30,000 a year. It bundles a site, a Workspace, five full seats, five limited seats, localization for two locales, AEO agents, and priority support.

## Webflow Workspace plans and seats

The Workspace is the part people forget when they budget.

For in-house teams: Starter is free with two staging sites and one full seat. Core is $19/month yearly and adds 10 staging sites, custom code, code export and shared libraries. Growth is $49/month yearly with unlimited staging, 301 redirects, site-level roles and publishing permissions.

For client work: Freelancer is $16/month and Agency is $35/month, with unlimited staging, unlimited shared libraries and three free client seats per site on Agency.

Then seats. One full seat is included. After that:

- Full seat: **$39/month each**

- Limited seat (content editing and page building): **$15/month each**

- Free seat: $0, for reviewers who only comment

Three people who all need to build costs $78/month in seats alone, before a single site is published.

## The add-ons are where the budget goes

This is the part that decides whether Webflow makes sense for paid traffic.

**Webflow Optimize: from $299/month.** A/B testing lives here. So does personalization, AI Optimize, audience targeting and audience insights. The $299 entry tier covers 25,000 page views a month and up to five concurrent optimizations, and the price scales with page views up to 500,000. There is no cheaper way to run a test inside Webflow.

**Webflow Analyze: from $9/month**, based on sessions, starting at 2,000 sessions a month.

**Webflow Localize: from $9/month** for up to three locales on Essential, or $29/month for up to ten on Advanced.

**Bandwidth add-ons on Premium:** +50 GB is $20/month yearly, +150 GB is $60, +450 GB is $174, and it climbs to $974/month for +2.45 TB. Webflow also has surge protection, which sounds friendly until you read the condition: two consecutive months over your limit triggers an automatic plan upgrade.

**Extra AI credits:** $20/month for 2,000 credits, on top of the 200 to 400 monthly credits included with Workspace plans.

![](https://landerlab.io/blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/webflow-three-layer-bill-1024x576.png)

A/B testing in Webflow starts at $299 a month. That is the single biggest number in this article.

## What bandwidth means when you buy traffic

Nobody in performance marketing thinks in gigabytes, so here is the translation.

Take a normal landing page with a hero image, a few icons and a form. Call it 1.5 MB per view. That is not a heavy page.

- **Basic, 10 GB:** roughly 6,000 to 7,000 page views a month.

- **Premium, 50 GB:** roughly 34,000 page views a month.

- **100,000 page views** at that weight needs about 150 GB, so Premium plus a bandwidth add-on, around $65 to $85/month for that one site.

Add video, a heavier hero, or a page that runs at 3 MB and you halve those numbers. This is rough math, and your real usage depends on page weight, caching and how many assets you load. The point is the shape of it: bandwidth is a cost that moves with your ad spend, and it is invisible on the pricing page.

## The cost stack, priced out

Here is a setup that looks like real lead gen work. Six landing pages spread across four domains, roughly 100,000 visits a month, two people building, and you want to A/B test.

**On Webflow:**

 Line item
 Cost

4 × Premium Site plans (one per domain)
 $100/mo

 Core Workspace
 $19/mo

 1 extra full seat
 $39/mo

 Webflow Optimize (A/B testing)
 $299/mo

 Bandwidth headroom
 $20 to $60/mo

 **Total**
 **roughly $477 to $517/mo**

**On LanderLab Grow:** $119/month billed yearly, or $149 monthly. That covers 500,000 visits, 125 published pages, 15 custom domains, 3 users, 10 workspaces, unlimited quiz funnels, unlimited leads, and A/B testing.

![](https://landerlab.io/blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/webflow-vs-landerlab-cost-1024x576.png)

Same setup, two very different bills. The red block is the $299 testing add-on.

The gap is not a rounding difference. It comes from one structural fact: Webflow prices a website, and you are running campaigns.

## Why domains are the hidden multiplier

If all your pages live on one domain, Webflow is cheap. Basic gives you 300 static pages for $15.

Performance marketers rarely get that luxury. You split domains by offer, by vertical, by traffic source, and by compliance risk. When a domain gets flagged or blacklisted, you move. Every one of those domains is a separate Webflow Site plan with its own bandwidth pool.

Ten domains means ten Site plans. On LanderLab, 15 custom domains are included in Grow, and extra domains are $5/month each.

## The import problem

Webflow answers this in its own FAQ, and the answer is short. You cannot import a website or code into Webflow. You can export code out, but exported code cannot come back in, dynamic content exports collection by collection, and forms stop working after export.

For a media buyer, that is a real workflow cost. Every angle you find in a spy tool, every page you want to adapt, every campaign you are moving off another platform has to be rebuilt by hand in the Designer.

LanderLab imports [from a URL, from a ZIP, and directly from Adplexity and Anstrex](https://landerlab.io/features/url-importer), and you can download finished pages. That difference is measured in days per campaign, not dollars per month.

![](https://landerlab.io/blog/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/Screenshot-2026-09-02-at-10.53.53-AM.png)

Import by URL, ZIP, or straight from a spy tool, then edit.

## Automation and lead routing

Webflow used to have native automation called Logic. It was [sunset on 27 June 2025](https://help.webflow.com/hc/en-us/articles/36045959707667-Logic-sunset), all existing flows were disabled, and Webflow now points customers to Zapier or Make. Native User Accounts were retired in January 2026 with the same reasoning.

That is a deliberate strategy, not a failure. Webflow decided to focus on design, CMS, hosting and analytics, and to let partners handle the rest. It is a fair call for a website platform.

It does mean that if you need a lead to hit your CRM, your call center, and your tracker within a second of the form submit, you are building that yourself on top of a third-party automation subscription. LanderLab ships lead management, webhooks, and [direct integrations](https://landerlab.io/features/integrations) with the tools this industry actually uses, including Voluum, RedTrack, ClickFlare, LeadsPedia, Phonexa, HubSpot and Google Sheets, with 50 lead integrations on Grow and unlimited on Enterprise.

One number to read: visits per month. Testing, domains and leads are not sold separately.

## Where Webflow honestly wins

A comparison that pretends the other tool is bad is not useful to anyone, so here is the straight version.

Pick Webflow when the website is the product of the work. Brand sites, product marketing sites, documentation, a content operation with hundreds of blog posts, [SEO and AEO](https://webflow.com/feature/seo) work, complex animation, design systems shared across sites, ecommerce, and enterprise governance with SSO and audit logs. Nothing in the landing page category comes close to Webflow on those jobs.

Its Optimize add-on is also more than an A/B testing tool. Personalization, firmographic targeting, and CRM integrations are in there. For a B2B team spending on ABM, $299 a month is a normal line item and the feature set justifies it.

Pick LanderLab when the campaign is the product of the work. Pages you launch this week and kill next week, offers that need their own domains, quiz funnels that qualify leads before a call center touches them, traffic that spikes without warning, and testing you run constantly rather than quarterly.

Most teams that do both should honestly run both. Webflow for the brand site, LanderLab for the campaign pages. Our guide on [landing pages versus websites for paid traffic](https://landerlab.io/blog/landing-page-vs-website) covers where the line sits.

## Do performance marketers actually need Webflow?

Run the test on your own numbers rather than on a feature list.

**You need Webflow if:** the page is part of a larger site, SEO is the main traffic source, you need a CMS, your brand demands custom design and animation, or you sell products on-site.

**You do not need Webflow if:** traffic comes from ads, pages are disposable, you run several domains, you test weekly, leads need to be routed in real time, or you import and adapt pages from research tools.

Three questions that settle it fast:

- How many separate domains will be live in 90 days? Multiply by the Site plan price.

- How many tests will you run this month? If the answer is more than zero, add $299.

- How much of a page’s job is content, and how much is conversion? Content is a CMS problem. Conversion is a testing and speed problem.

If you want to sanity check the revenue side of the same decision, the [ROAS calculator](https://landerlab.io/tools/roas-calculator) and our [cost per lead benchmarks](https://landerlab.io/blog/cost-per-lead-by-industry) are a decent place to start.

## How to spend less on Webflow

- **Pay yearly.** Webflow advertises up to 40% off, and the gap between Basic at $15 yearly and $25 monthly is real money. Cancelling early still means paying the remainder of the term, so be sure first.

- **Consolidate domains where you can.** Basic covers 300 static pages on one domain. If compliance lets you keep landers on one root domain, you are paying for one Site plan instead of six.

- **Use limited seats.** A copywriter who edits content does not need a $39 full seat. A $15 limited seat covers content editing and page building.

- **Fix image weight before buying bandwidth.** Compressed images and lazy loading are cheaper than a $60 bandwidth add-on every month.

- **Do not buy Optimize to run two tests.** If testing is the reason you are looking at Webflow at all, price a purpose-built tool first. [Best landing page builders](https://landerlab.io/blog/best-landing-page-builders) and [best AI landing page builders](https://landerlab.io/blog/best-ai-landing-page-builders) both cover the field, and our [Unbounce pricing breakdown](https://landerlab.io/blog/unbounce-pricing) shows how the visitor-based tools compare.

## Webflow pricing FAQ

### How much does Webflow cost per month?

Site plans are free, $15 or $25 a month billed yearly, or $25 and $39 billed monthly. Add a Workspace plan at $19 or $49, $39 per extra full seat, and any add-ons. A working setup for a small marketing team usually lands between $50 and $150 a month, and passes $400 as soon as you add Optimize.

### Does Webflow include A/B testing?

No. Testing is part of Webflow Optimize, an add-on starting at $299 a month for up to 25,000 page views.

### Does Webflow limit traffic?

Not by visitor count. It limits bandwidth: 1 GB on Starter, 10 GB on Basic, 50 GB on Premium, expandable to 2.5 TB with paid add-ons. Two consecutive months over your limit triggers an automatic plan upgrade.

### Do I need a separate plan for each website?

Yes. Site plans are per site. Ten published domains means ten Site plans, in any Workspace tier.

### Can I import an existing landing page into Webflow?

No. Webflow’s FAQ states you can only build sites inside Webflow, and exported code cannot be reimported. Pages have to be rebuilt in the Designer.

### Is Webflow good for landing pages?

For a landing page attached to a brand site, yes. For campaign pages where you need per-visitor traffic limits, cheap extra domains, testing at the entry price, and page import, a landing page platform will cost less and move faster.

### Is Webflow or LanderLab better for paid traffic?

LanderLab, on cost and on workflow. Testing is included, 100,000 visits come with the entry plan, domains are cheap, and pages can be imported. Webflow is the better choice for the brand website that sits behind those campaigns.

## Conclusion

Webflow’s pricing is not unfair. It is priced for what it is: a professional website platform where you pay per site, per seat, and per gigabyte, and where conversion tooling is an enterprise-style add-on.

That model works against you when your job is buying traffic. Every new domain is a new plan. Every good month is more bandwidth. Every test costs $299 a month before you learn anything. And every page you find in research has to be rebuilt from scratch.

LanderLab is priced on the one number a media buyer already tracks, which is monthly visits. A/B testing is on every plan, including the free one. Domains cost $5. Pages import by URL or ZIP. AI builds the page and the quiz funnel from a prompt, and the leads route themselves into your tracker and CRM.

If your website is the campaign, use Webflow. If your campaigns need pages, [start free on LanderLab](https://app.landerlab.io/auth/register) and compare the [plans](https://landerlab.io/pricing) yourself.
