Medicare season

AEP lasts 54 days. Your pages run all year.

Switch the season on the same URL, screen out under-65 clicks and update the TPMO disclaimer once for every page.

The old way

  • “AEP ended on the 7th. Ads still hit the AEP page.”
  • “Meta won't let us target 65+. Who are we paying for?”
  • “New TPMO wording. Update every page again?”
  • “This call came in with no click attached.”
  • “Seniors stop at the phone field and vanish.”

The LanderLab way

  • “Same URL all year. Set as Main swaps the season.”
  • “Under-65s go to another page before they cost a call.”
  • “The disclaimer is one global block. Edited once.”
  • “Every call ties back to its click through Ringba.”
  • “Drop-off by step shows the question that lost them.”

Screen, then call

Screen callers with a quiz before they call.

Meta can't target by age, so the quiz does. Under-65 visitors go to another page, everyone else gets a licensed agent's number, and the tap counts as a conversion.

Compliance

One disclaimer, on every page you run.

Put your TPMO disclaimer in a global block. When your plan counts change, or the wording does, as it did on October 1, edit it once, Save & Publish, and every page updates. Version history keeps what each page said before.

Around the call

Translation, compliance and testing.

Run the Medicare page in Spanish, keep beneficiary data off LanderLab's servers, and test a call-first page against a quiz-first one.

01Translate

AI translation

AI translation rewrites the whole Medicare page in Spanish or any language, on every plan. Review it, and give Spanish pages their own disclaimer block.

02Comply

Lead Compliance Delivery

Each lead goes straight to your CRM or webhook and is never stored in LanderLab. Test the integration first, because a failed delivery can't be recovered.

03Test

A/B testing

Test a call-first page against a quiz-first page on the URL your ads already use. Set as Main sends the winner all the traffic.

FAQ

Questions about Medicare.

Anything not here is in the Help Center, or ask us.

Before you start

Can a countdown handle the end of AEP?

Yes. Add a countdown in Date mode set to December 7 at 11:59 PM and turn on Redirect. Visitors see the time left, and when it reaches zero the page redirects to the one you choose, such as your turning-65 page. When the season changes, Set as Main puts the next variant on the same URL.

Where should the TPMO disclaimer go?

CMS's rule says TPMOs display it prominently on their websites and include it in their marketing materials (42 CFR 422.2267(e)(41)). Put it in a global block and place it on every page; edit the block once and every page updates. The wording is yours to set with your compliance team.

Did the disclaimer change for 2027?

Yes. Since October 1, 2026 the rule's text ends "Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options", without the State Health Insurance Program reference, and on calls it comes before any discussion of benefits. With a global block that was one edit. This is what the rule says, not legal advice: check your compliance team's reading of it.

Can callers go straight to my licensed agents?

Yes. Add Ringba with your Campaign ID or Retreaver with your Campaign Key, and LanderLab adds the script. Each visitor sees a number from your pool, so every call ties back to its click, and calls route by the rules you set there, such as caller location or time of day. Set the button to Phone To and track its clicks as conversions.

Meta won't let me target people over 65. How do I screen them?

Ask on the page. Make the first question about Medicare, and conditional navigation sends under-65 visitors to another page before they reach an agent. Since January 14, 2025, US insurance ads on Meta run in its financial products and services category, where age is fixed at 18 to 65+.

Can I keep beneficiary data off LanderLab's servers?

Yes. Turn on Lead Compliance Delivery in the page's lead settings and each lead goes straight to your CRM, webhook or integration without being stored. Test the integration first, because a lead that fails to deliver can't be recovered.

Can I run the same page in Spanish?

Yes. AI translation, on every plan, rewrites the page's text in the language you pick. Read it over, and give the Spanish pages their own disclaimer block.

How do I document consent when leads go to more than one agency?

CMS's rule lets a TPMO share a beneficiary's data with another TPMO only with written consent that lists each one (42 CFR 422.2274(g)(4)), so write that into your consent line. Add TrustedForm or Jornaya too: the certificate records the consent language the visitor saw and travels with the lead.
