Keap on your landing pages
When you run your own ads and your own follow-up, there's no sales team to sort the leads. Keap does that sorting with tags, and its automations start when a tag is applied. Connecting Keap to your LanderLab pages makes each submit a Keap contact with the tags you chose for that page, so the right sequence starts as the form is sent.
It's made for owners and small teams: coaches and consultants booking strategy calls, local service businesses quoting jobs, practices filling appointment slots. Keap does the emailing, the reminders and the tasks; the page brings the people and tells Keap which offer they answered.
Keap contacts, tagged on submit
Switch Keap on for a page and each form submit becomes a contact in Keap, with the tags you choose applied. The name, email and phone from the form are on the contact before your follow-up starts. Keap needs an email or a phone number to create a contact, which every lead form asks for.
A tag that starts the Keap automation
In Keap's Advanced Automations, a sequence can start on Tag is applied; in Easy Automations the trigger reads A tag is added to a contact. Either fires when the tag arrives through an integration. Give each page or offer its own tag and use it as the starting point: a new contact gets the first email the moment the form is sent, and Keap can add a task for you or the contact owner to call them.
Because the sequence keeps running even if the tag is later removed, you can clean up tags without cutting anyone's follow-up short.
Follow-up without a sales team
If you're the one doing the follow-up, the tags do the sorting a sales team would do by hand. You can see which ad offer each contact answered, send a broadcast to one page's leads only, and keep a quote request from getting the emails meant for a newsletter signup.
Map the campaign and LL Variant ID to custom fields as well, and Keap can tell you which ad and which page version brought the people who bought, not only the ones who opted in.
