monday CRM on your landing pages
Teams that run on monday look at boards all day. A lead that lives in an email notification or a spreadsheet tab is a lead nobody on the board sees. Sending your LanderLab leads to monday CRM adds an item to your leads board for every submit, with each answer in the column you choose, the moment the form is sent.
It suits teams that already sell on monday: catering and event companies quoting from Google Ads, agencies tracking new business on a board, service firms where sales and operations share one workspace. There's no monday connector to install: the page's webhook posts each lead to monday's API, which creates the item on the board you name, and the campaign that brought each lead sits in a column right beside it.
An item on your monday board for every lead
Each submit creates an item on the board you chose, named after the lead, with each answer in its column, in the board's top group unless you name another. monday CRM's own Leads board already has the columns a sales team needs (owner, status, email, phone, company) and groups for new, qualified and disqualified leads, so page leads slot into a structure your team knows.
monday automations take over from the form
monday's automations can run when an item is created. Use them to assign each new lead to the next rep round robin, set its status to New Lead, or create the follow-up in another board. The page's job ends at the submit; the board's job starts the same second.
For a small team that's the difference between a lead someone remembers to check and a lead that's already assigned before anyone opens the board.
Campaign and variant as board columns
Add text columns for the campaign, the landing page and the page variant, and map hidden fields and LanderLab's LL Lander URL and LL Variant ID to them. Group the board by campaign, or put a chart widget on a dashboard, and you see which ad sets fill the pipeline and which only fill the board.
Quiz answers that make the board sortable
A quiz collects the facts that decide a quote: date, size, budget, location. Sent to the right column types, they make the board sortable by what matters, so this week's biggest events or nearest jobs rise to the top without anyone reading every item.
