Integrately integration

You want leads in your CRM, your sheet and your inbox without learning an automation tool. Start an Integrately automation on every submit, and let its AutoRetry handle a destination that hiccups.

Why connect it

Why Integrately and LanderLab

  • Ready-made automations for common apps

Integrately's directory covers mainstream CRMs, sheets and email tools, and its builder maps most fields for you.

  • AutoRetry for flaky destinations

If an action fails on a rate limit or an outage, Integrately retries the step automatically, up to five times over as long as 10 hours.

  • Delays for timed follow-up

Integrately's Delay step can hold a follow-up for minutes, hours or days after the lead arrives.

  • The campaign and variant on every lead

Hidden fields carry UTMs and click IDs from the ad's URL, and LanderLab adds the page URL, variant and submission time.

  • No code on either side

Pick and rename fields on the page, map them in Integrately, test and turn on.

Integrately on your landing pages

Integrately's pitch is simplicity: thousands of prebuilt automations you switch on, and a builder that maps most fields for you. For a small business or an agency running pages for local clients, that's a fast way to get each lead into the tools they already use. Every lead from a LanderLab page can start one.

Integrately's Webhook/API app, used as a trigger, gives an automation an address, and the page's Webhook integration posts each lead to it. From there the lead goes to any app in Integrately's directory, with the fields you sent and LanderLab's own beside them.

An Integrately automation for every lead

Integrately's Webhook/API app is built for tools that aren't in its directory, and LanderLab's webhook is exactly that kind of source: each lead arrives at the automation's address with the keys you named, and Integrately maps them into the next app. You test it once, turn it on, and every new lead runs the same path.

AutoRetry when the CRM has a bad hour

Destinations fail: an API hits a rate limit, a CRM goes down for maintenance. Integrately's AutoRetry re-runs a failed action step on its own, up to five times over a span of up to 10 hours, and shows the run as Scheduled for AutoRetry in its History while it waits. The lead isn't left behind because the CRM was slow at 9 a.m.

And LanderLab keeps its own copy of every lead in the Leads tab, unless you choose Lead Compliance Delivery, so you have the record on both ends.

Integrately for agencies and local businesses

Agencies running pages for dentists, roofers and med spas need the lead in whatever each client uses, without becoming automation consultants. Integrately's ready-made automations and auto-mapping make that a short job per client, and the page URL on each lead tells one client's leads from another's.

Integrately or a direct integration?

If the lead only needs to reach one tool LanderLab connects to, such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel or Google Sheets, the direct integration is one less hop and one less subscription. Integrately is worth it when the lead fans out to several apps, needs a delay before a follow-up, or lands in a tool LanderLab doesn't list.

Use cases

Ways to use Integrately on paid traffic

  • 01

A dental implant practice's CRM and inbox

An implant consultation quiz on Google Ads starts an automation that creates the patient lead in the practice's CRM and emails the front desk, with the campaign in both.

  • 02

    A follow-up after a delay

A med spa promotion page adds each lead to a sheet right away, then a Delay step sends a reminder email the next morning if the lead hasn't booked.

  • 03

    An agency's client hand-off

Each local client's pages post to their own Integrately automation, which drops the lead into that client's tool of choice, from a CRM to a shared sheet.

Integrately and LanderLab

When is Integrately worth connecting to my landing pages?

When you want leads in mainstream apps with as little setup as possible, and retries when a step fails. For one tool LanderLab connects to directly, use that instead.

Does LanderLab integrate with Integrately?

Yes, through the page's Webhook integration: it posts each lead to an Integrately Webhook/API trigger, which starts the automation.

What happens if the destination app fails?

Integrately's AutoRetry retries a failed action step automatically. LanderLab also keeps the lead in its Leads tab unless Lead Compliance Delivery is on.

Will Integrately see my UTMs and the A/B variant?

Yes. Hidden fields keep the UTMs and click IDs from the ad's URL, and LanderLab adds the page, the variant and the submission time, so each can be mapped into the next app.

Can I send quiz answers to Integrately?

Yes. Every quiz answer is a field you can send under the key name you choose.

Do I need Zapier if I use Integrately?

No. Integrately takes the lead from LanderLab's webhook directly and sends it to the apps you choose, so one automation tool is enough.
