Calendly on your landing pages
Funnels that sell with a call often stop at the form: a thank-you message, then a rep chasing the lead by phone for two days. Every hour between the submit and the booking is an hour for the lead to cool off and forget which ad they clicked.
Calendly's embed code sits on a LanderLab page in the editor's Custom Code element, usually on the thank-you page your form or quiz sends the lead to. LanderLab can pass the lead's answers to that page in its URL, and Calendly's embed can read them, so the booking form opens with the name and email already filled in and the ad's UTMs attached to the scheduled event.
Calendly on the thank-you page, not in a follow-up email
A link to your calendar in a follow-up email asks the lead to come back later, on their own time. Put the calendar where the thank-you message would be and the visitor sees open times while their attention is still on you.
Calendly offers three embed styles, and each has its place in a funnel: inline, to show the scheduling page inside your thank-you page; pop-up text, to open it from a link; and a pop-up widget, a floating button on a long sales page.
Prefill the booking from your form
LanderLab can send the lead's answers on to the thank-you page in its URL, next to the UTMs the visit arrived with, and Calendly's embed can fill the booking form from them: the name, the email and up to ten invitee answers.
One thing to weigh: the email then sits in the thank-you page's URL, and any pixel on that page reports the URL it fires on. Check your ad platforms' rules on personal data in URLs, or prefill the name and answers only.
Count booked calls as conversions
The embed can read the UTMs from your page's URL and pass them in its utm object, and then every scheduled event carries the source, medium and campaign. Your booking data finally says which ads produce calls.
The embed also posts a calendly.event_scheduled message to the page when someone books. Listen for it and fire your pixel's Schedule event, and your campaigns can optimize on the booked call, which is the conversion that pays.
Qualify in the quiz, then show the calendar
A short LanderLab quiz before the calendar does the qualifying: budget, company size, timeline. The answers travel to the booking as invitee answers, so the rep reads them before the call instead of asking them again, and the call starts where the quiz left off.
