Moosend on your landing pages
Moosend appeals to buyers who want proper automations without a big monthly bill: home improvement and remodeling lead gen, local services, small ecommerce stores, agencies running lists for several small clients. Paying for a Zap to move leads into it defeats the point.
LanderLab doesn't need a Moosend connector. Moosend's API adds a subscriber to a list with one HTTPS request, and the page's Webhook integration sends that request on every submit, with the answers and the campaign in the list's custom fields. Moosend's API takes its key in the request URL, so the webhook's settings are worth keeping to the people who run your pages.
Subscribers on the Moosend list you pick
Moosend keeps subscribers in email lists, and each list has its own custom fields. Each page posts to one list: email and name go to Moosend's standard fields, quiz answers and tracking values to the list's custom fields.
Give each offer its own list and each list only gets the emails written for its offer. When a campaign ends, the list is still there for the next season's promo.
Moosend automations that start on subscribe
A Moosend automation can start when someone subscribes to a list, on every subscription or only the first one per list. Point one at each offer's list and the estimate recap goes out right after the form is sent, while the homeowner is still comparing contractors.
Choose the first subscription only and a lead who comes back through another ad doesn't restart the sequence.
Segments on the answers
Custom fields work as personalization tags in Moosend campaigns and as criteria for segments. A budget answer lets you send financing options to the lower range and premium finishes to the upper range from the same list, and a utm_campaign field shows which ads brought the leads who booked.
Rules before the list, without a Zap
When only some leads should reach Moosend, run the same request from a LanderLab workflow's HTTP Request node instead of the page's webhook. A Filter in front keeps out leads outside your service area, a Switch sends each city to its own list, and the Runs view shows the path each lead took.
