Reddit Pixel on your landing pages
Reddit traffic is unusual: people arrive from a specific community, with a specific question, and they read before they act. A landing page that answers them converts well, but Reddit can't tell which communities and ads did the work unless the lead comes back from the page.
On LanderLab the Reddit Pixel's base code sits in the page's or domain's custom code and reports page visits, and a Lead or SignUp event fires when the form or quiz is submitted. Reddit adds a click ID, rdt_cid, to the landing page URL, and a hidden field keeps it on every lead.
It suits offers that live in communities: personal finance and debt relief, developer and B2B tools, home solar, gaming and hobby gear. Places where the right subreddit is worth paying for and the wrong one isn't.
Reddit conversion tracking on landing pages
The base pixel reports a PageVisit on every load; the event that matters is the lead. Fire Lead or SignUp when the form or quiz is submitted, and Reddit reports conversions instead of clicks.
If you also send events through Reddit's Conversions API from your backend, a conversion ID on both lets Reddit count the lead once.
The rdt_cid from click to CRM
Reddit adds rdt_cid to the landing page URL on every ad click. The pixel uses it for attribution, and a hidden field named rdt_cid saves it on the lead. With it on the CRM record, a closed sale can be traced to the exact Reddit click, and you can send it back through Reddit's Conversions API if your stack supports it.
If the landing page links on to an offer, Pass Through URL Params carries rdt_cid and your UTMs to the next page.
Subreddit landing pages that match the thread
Copy that works in a personal finance community reads wrong in a frugal-living one. Duplicate the landing page per community, change the headline and the examples, and both keep the same pixel. LanderLab's analytics and the LL Variant ID on each lead show which version and which community earned the budget.
