IFTTT on your landing pages
IFTTT is the lightweight end of automation: one trigger, one or a few actions, and a big catalog of consumer apps and smart devices. For a solo buyer or a small local business, that's often enough. Every lead from a LanderLab page can fire an applet.
IFTTT's Webhooks service gives each event its own address, and the page's Webhook integration calls it on submit with up to three values, such as the name and phone, the key answer and the campaign. IFTTT runs the action you picked: a notification from the IFTTT app, a row in a sheet, a message, a device.
IFTTT Webhooks: three values, one applet
IFTTT's Receive a web request trigger takes up to three values per event, value1, value2 and value3. That shapes how you use it: put the name and phone in the first, the answer that matters in the second, the campaign in the third, and the applet has everything a notification needs. A hidden field named utm_campaign fills that third value from the ad's URL, so each alert still says which campaign produced it.
If you need every field of a long quiz in another system, IFTTT isn't the tool; a CRM integration, Make or a direct webhook is. IFTTT is for the alert, not the database.
Phone alerts, sheet rows and smart-home signals
The usual applet is a rich notification from the IFTTT app: the lead's name and phone in the title, the campaign underneath. Others add a row to a sheet the owner already keeps, or flash an office light so the person by the phone knows to pick it up. The action is IFTTT's to choose from its catalog; LanderLab only has to fire the event.
For a small business, that's the appeal: the alert arrives in something they already own, a phone, a sheet, a light, with nothing new to learn.
IFTTT for the alert, LanderLab for the record
IFTTT's Webhooks triggers are part of IFTTT Pro, not the free tier, so budget for it if you pick this route.
Every lead is still stored in LanderLab's Leads tab, filterable by date and variant, so the applet can stay a simple alert while the full record stays with you, exportable as CSV on Grow and up.
