Termly on your landing pages
Brands that sell on Shopify or WordPress often run Termly on the store already. When the ads start pointing at landing pages and advertorials, those pages need the same consent setup. Termly runs from one script with your website UUID, and in LanderLab it goes in the domain's custom code, so every page on the domain shows your Termly banner.
The banner, the cookie scan and the policies stay in one Termly account, and Auto Blocker holds back trackers until the visitor opts in, on the store and on the landing pages alike.
Termly's banner on every landing page of a domain
Termly's current embed script turns on Auto Blocker, IAB TCF support and the Consent Mode settings you control from the Termly dashboard. In the domain's custom code in LanderLab, it loads on every page published on that domain, so a new landing page for a new product is covered on publish.
Ad pixels that wait for an opt-in
Auto Blocker finds and blocks third-party trackers until the visitor agrees to their category: analytics, advertising, social networking and the rest. For a pixel you'd rather control yourself, Termly's manual method ties it to a category and overrides Auto Blocker for that script. Blocked that way, the pixel runs the moment the visitor opts in, without a page reload.
Banner text for Google advertisers
If you run Google Ads, Termly has a setting in the banner text for advertisers: answer yes to the question about targeted advertising and the banner mentions that cookies are used for ad personalization, the wording Google asks for. It's a small switch that saves a policy warning later.
A cookie policy that matches your pages
Termly's scan finds the cookies your pages set and builds the report the banner and the cookie policy work from. When you add a new network's pixel to the landing pages, a fresh scan puts it in the report, and the policy can be regenerated from it. The store, the landing pages and the policy describe the same set of cookies.
For a small team without a privacy lawyer on call, having the banner, the scan and the policies in one account is the point: one place to keep current as the ads change.
