Clio Grow on your landing pages
Legal clicks are some of the most expensive in paid search, and the person who filled your form has usually filled two others. The firm that calls first tends to sign the case. Sending your LanderLab intake forms to Clio Grow puts each inquiry in the Lead Inbox as it's submitted, with the facts that decide the case already written out for intake.
It's built for firms and legal marketers who pay for every inquiry: personal injury and auto accident campaigns on Google, workers' comp and mass tort intake on Meta, family law and immigration pages in several cities. LanderLab's webhook posts to Clio Grow's Lead Inbox API, so there's nothing on your site to maintain and no Zap in between.
Intake forms straight into the Clio Grow Lead Inbox
Each inquiry carries the person's first and last name, email, phone, a message, the page it came from and a source label. Clio Grow places it in the Lead Inbox, where intake reviews it and moves it into your intake process.
There's nothing to maintain on the site and no Zap between the form and the inbox: the form is built in LanderLab, and the delivery is set once on the page.
Case details intake can read at a glance
The Lead Inbox has one free-text message for everything the person told you. LanderLab can build that message from the quiz answers, like the accident date, whether anyone was injured and who was at fault, so the intake specialist sees the facts that decide the case before picking up the phone.
Know which ad paid for each potential client
Each inquiry carries the page URL and a source, which can be the campaign captured by a hidden utm_campaign field. Every inquiry in the Lead Inbox then says which page and which campaign produced it, and the cost per signed case can be worked out per campaign, not just per click.
Send only the cases your firm takes
A firm that only handles injury cases in Georgia doesn't want out-of-state inquiries in its inbox. In LanderLab Workflows (beta), a Lead trigger, an If node on the state or injury answer and an HTTP Request node send the fits to Clio Grow, while the rest stay in LanderLab's Leads tab, ready to export for referral partners on Grow and up.
