Intercom on your landing pages
Intercom already captures the visitors who chat. Most paid traffic never opens the Messenger; it fills a form and leaves, and those people never reach the tool your team uses to talk to everyone else. Sending your LanderLab leads to Intercom creates each one as a lead, with its answers as custom attributes, as it's submitted.
It's for teams that sell and onboard through conversations: software trials bought on Google, waitlists and lead magnets on Meta, B2B pages where sales replies from the same inbox support uses. LanderLab's webhook calls Intercom's Contacts API directly, so there's no Zap in the middle, and the lead joins your workspace with the campaign that found them.
Intercom leads from every form, not just from chat
Each submit is created in Intercom as a contact with the lead role, with their email, phone and name. The people your ads paid for sit next to the visitors who chatted, so your team can reach them where it reaches everyone else, and any later conversation picks up from there.
Custom attributes your messages can target
Create custom attributes for the answers and the attribution (business type, campaign, page variant) and LanderLab fills them on every lead. Then build a segment of leads from one campaign or one answer and point an outbound message or a Series at it: salon owners get the salon walkthrough, clinics get the clinic one.
Because the variant is on every lead, you can also compare how leads from each page version respond to the same follow-up, and keep the page that brings people who reply.
What happens with an email Intercom already has
If the email already belongs to someone in your workspace, Intercom declines to create a second contact, so a returning customer who fills a page doesn't turn into a duplicate record. The submit is still stored in LanderLab's Leads tab, where you can see it and act on it.
Only the leads your team should talk to
If only some signups belong in Intercom (certain countries, certain business types), LanderLab Workflows (beta) can decide first: an If node on the answer, then an HTTP Request node that makes the same call to Intercom. Everything else stays in LanderLab's Leads tab, and your Intercom seats and messages go to people who fit.
