GoHighLevel integration

Every lead your ads buy lands in the right GoHighLevel sub-account as a tagged contact, and the workflow that texts them starts on submit. Nothing sits between the form and the follow-up.

Why connect it

Why GoHighLevel and LanderLab

  • The workflow starts the moment they submit

With Save and trigger workflow, the contact is enrolled as the form is sent. The first text, the booking link or the pipeline stage happen while the visitor still has your page open.

  • One sub-account per client, no crossed wires

Each GoHighLevel account you add is one sub-account. Point each client's pages at their own and the leads land where that client's team works.

  • Tags that tell you the source

The tags you set on a page go on every contact from it. Give each offer and traffic source its own tag and smart lists split leads without guesswork.

  • No duplicates in the sub-account

A contact needs an email or a phone. If either already exists in the sub-account, that contact is updated instead of duplicated.

  • The source on every contact

Map the page URL, the A/B variant and the UTMs to custom fields. When a client asks where last week's leads came from, the answer is on each contact.

GoHighLevel on your landing pages

Agencies sell clients two things: leads, and what happens to them next. When the page and the follow-up are joined by a Zap, a CSV or a forwarded email, the second part breaks first. Connecting GoHighLevel to your LanderLab pages sends each submit straight to the client's sub-account as a contact, with your tags on it, and can enroll it in a workflow the same instant.

It's made for agencies and lead gen operators who run follow-up for clients: a roofing company whose office books inspections by text, a home services shop that wants every lead called inside the hour, a solar installer whose setters work a GoHighLevel pipeline. The page converts the click, GoHighLevel chases the contact, and there's no Zap in the middle to break on a Saturday.

Contacts into your GoHighLevel sub-account

Each page decides what happens on submit: save the contact, or save it and enroll it in a workflow you pick. Tags you set on the page go on every contact, and the form's fields, quiz answers included, map to contact fields and custom fields.

A contact needs an email or a phone number. If one is already in the sub-account, that contact is updated, not duplicated, so a lead who fills two of your pages stays one contact with the newest answers.

Speed to lead on roofing, HVAC and solar traffic

With Save and trigger workflow, the contact is enrolled the moment the form is sent. The workflow you already run can send the first text, email a booking link or move the contact into a pipeline stage while the visitor still has the page open.

On home services traffic the homeowner often fills three forms and books whoever answers first. Enrolling on submit gives you the best chance of being that company, instead of waiting for someone to check a spreadsheet.

One GoHighLevel sub-account per client

Each GoHighLevel account you add to LanderLab is one sub-account, tied to its Location ID, and it's saved for every page after the first. If you run ads for several clients, point each client's pages at their own sub-account, and no client's leads end up in another client's account.

Map LL Lander URL and LL Variant ID to custom fields, and every contact shows the page and the variant that produced it. That's a source report you no longer have to build by hand.

Send only the leads that qualify

GoHighLevel is also an action in LanderLab Workflows (beta). Put a Filter or an If node in front of it, on the answer that matters (homeowner, state, a finished quiz), and only those leads reach the sub-account. The Runs view shows the path each lead took and any step that failed.

Use cases

Ways to use GoHighLevel on paid traffic

  • 01

Speed to lead for home services clients

A roof inspection page on Meta saves each lead to the client's sub-account and triggers a workflow that texts a booking link and assigns the contact to the office. The homeowner hears back before they've closed the tab.

  • 02

    Solar appointments from a quiz

A homeowner quiz sends monthly bill, shade and ownership to custom fields. An If/Else in the GoHighLevel workflow sends renters a polite no and homeowners a calendar link, so setters only call people who can buy.

  • 03

    One agency, many sub-accounts

Add each client's sub-account once and point each client's pages at it, with a tag per offer and traffic source. Every client works their own leads, and your reporting reads the tags instead of a spreadsheet.

FAQ

GoHighLevel integration FAQ

Anything not here, ask us.

GoHighLevel and LanderLab

Is GoHighLevel worth connecting to my landing pages?

If your clients follow up in GoHighLevel, yes. Contacts arrive tagged and can enter a workflow on submit, which is where most of the value of a paid lead is won or lost.

Do I need Zapier to send leads to GoHighLevel?

No. LanderLab sends the lead to the sub-account directly and can enroll it in a workflow in the same step.

Can a submit start a GoHighLevel workflow?

Yes. Choose Save and trigger workflow and pick a published workflow from the sub-account. The contact is enrolled as the form is sent.

Will a returning lead create a duplicate contact?

No. If the email or phone already exists in the sub-account, the existing contact is updated.

Can I send quiz answers and UTMs to GoHighLevel?

Yes. Quiz answers and hidden fields like utm_campaign map to contact custom fields, so workflows and smart lists can use them.
