Zoho CRM on your landing pages
A call floor runs on order: who to dial first. When paid leads arrive as one blob of notes, or a day late from a spreadsheet, the order is wrong and the best leads wait. Connecting Zoho CRM to your LanderLab pages creates a Zoho Lead for every submit, with each answer in its own field, as soon as the form is sent.
It suits teams that run their sales floor in Zoho and buy traffic to fill it: debt relief and lending call centers, home services companies with a booking desk, B2B sellers already on Zoho's suite. You connect your Zoho account once and switch it on per page, and the lead is in Zoho before the visitor has left the thank-you page.
Leads into Zoho CRM, every field mapped
Switch Zoho CRM on for a page and each form submit becomes a Lead in Zoho, with every field on the form mapped to the Zoho field you choose. Name, email and phone go where your team expects them, and answers specific to the offer, like a zip code or a debt amount, go to the fields you keep for them.
Quiz answers count as fields too, so a quiz funnel's questions reach Zoho the same way a form's do.
Answers your Zoho team can sort and filter
A form for paid traffic asks the questions that decide who gets called first: the state, the budget, the timeline. When each answer sits in its own Zoho field rather than in a note, your team can build a view of the leads worth calling today, sort by what matters to the sale, and see in Zoho's reports what kind of lead the ads are bringing in.
Campaign and variant on every Zoho Lead
Zoho's Lead Source field says the lead came from the web. Your hidden fields say which campaign, ad set and click it came from. Map utm_campaign, the click ID and LL Variant ID to custom fields and a Zoho report can count converted Leads per campaign and per page variant.
That's the number that should move your bids. A Meta ad set with a cheap cost per lead whose Leads never convert shows up in Zoho within a week, not at the end of the month when the call center complains.
