Pipedrive on your landing pages
Paid traffic fills a pipeline with people who aren't buyers yet. Dump every form fill into deals and the forecast becomes fiction; leave them in an inbox and nobody calls. Connecting Pipedrive to your LanderLab pages puts each submit where it belongs: a person in Pipedrive with a lead opened for them in the Leads Inbox, in real time, with the page and campaign attached.
It fits sales teams that buy their own demand: a commercial cleaning or facilities company running Google Search, a B2B software team sending LinkedIn clicks to a demo page, a solar installer quoting small businesses. You connect Pipedrive once and the lead reaches the people who sell, with enough context that the first call isn't a guess.
A Pipedrive person and lead from every submit
Each submit creates a person in Pipedrive with a lead opened for them, in real time. Pipedrive needs a name to create the person, so the page needs a name field (or another field mapped to Name) alongside the email.
The account is saved to your LanderLab account, so the next page is a few clicks. Run several Pipedrive accounts, yours and a client's, and you can add each one from the same screen.
Paid leads wait in the Pipedrive Leads Inbox
Paid traffic brings in people who aren't ready to buy yet. Because each submit arrives as a lead, not a deal, it sits in Pipedrive's Leads Inbox, where a rep can label it, give it an owner and convert it into a deal once it's real. Your pipeline stays a list of deals being worked, not every form fill from last night's campaign.
Page, variant and campaign for the first call
Next to the form's fields, LanderLab offers its own to map, among them LL Lander URL, LL Variant ID and LL Submission Time UTC. The rep sees which page and which version the person filled in, and when, and can open the call with the offer they actually read.
Add hidden fields for utm_campaign and gclid and they reach Pipedrive too. When you filter converted leads by campaign, you see which ad groups produce deals and which only produce form fills, and you can move budget on that instead of on cost per lead alone.
