Insightly on your landing pages
Small teams that sell and deliver from one system want to know one thing about their ads: which ones turned into paid work. That's only answerable if the lead arrives with its source and campaign and keeps them all the way to the project. Sending your LanderLab leads to Insightly creates each lead as it's submitted, with its source, status and answers set from the start.
It suits remodelers and contractors quoting from Google Ads, consultancies and IT providers running B2B pages, and agencies whose won deals become Insightly projects. LanderLab's webhook calls Insightly's API directly, so there's no connector to pay for, and the lead starts in the same system the job will run in.
Insightly leads with source and status set
Insightly expects a last name, a lead source and a lead status on every new lead. Page leads come with all three: the name from the form, and the source and status you fix for paid traffic. Every page lead lands where your team looks for new leads, already labeled as coming from your ads.
Answers in Insightly custom fields
Create a custom field on Leads for each answer that matters (budget, timeline, project type) and for the campaign and the page variant. Each submit fills them, and your team can sort the lead list by budget and call the projects worth quoting first.
A short quiz that asks those three questions costs you little on conversion rate and saves your estimator from driving to jobs that were never going to fit.
From paid lead to opportunity and project
When a lead qualifies, your team converts it to a contact, organization and opportunity the usual way. With the campaign in a custom field from the start, you can trace the projects you won back to the ads that found them, and stop funding the ones that only fill the inbox.
Screen jobs before they reach Insightly
Remodelers and contractors don't want leads outside their service area or under their minimum budget. In LanderLab Workflows (beta), a Filter on ZIP or an If node on budget sends only the jobs you'd quote to Insightly, through an HTTP Request node. The rest stay in LanderLab's Leads tab, ready to pass to a partner (CSV export is on Grow and up).
