LeadSquared on your landing pages
High-volume teams lose money in two places: leads that wait, and leads that arrive twice and get worked by two people. Sending your LanderLab leads to LeadSquared through its Lead Capture API handles both. Each submit reaches LeadSquared as it's sent, and LeadSquared matches it on email, then phone, updating the lead you already have instead of creating another.
It's for teams that live on lead volume and speed: online programs and universities filling counselor queues, lenders and insurance agencies taking applications, real estate developers handling project inquiries. LanderLab's webhook calls the API directly, and the lead arrives with the campaign and medium in LeadSquared's Source fields, ready for the distribution you've set up.
LeadSquared leads created or updated on every submit
Lead Capture looks for an existing lead by email address, then by phone, and updates it if it finds one; otherwise it creates a new lead. You can tell it which field decides the match.
For a paid campaign that matters. A prospect who clicks a retargeting ad and fills a second page doesn't become a second lead assigned to a second counselor. The record your team is already working gets the new answers, and the activity history shows they came back.
Campaign and medium in LeadSquared's Source fields
LeadSquared has Source, SourceCampaign, SourceMedium and SourceContent on every lead. Hidden fields on the page capture the UTMs from the ad's URL and fill them, and Source takes one of LeadSquared's preset values, like Pay per Click Ads. Your reports split by campaign with fields LeadSquared already understands.
Anything else, like the program of interest or the A/B variant, goes in a custom field, so counselors see it and reports can use it.
Distribution and follow-up start on arrival
Once the lead exists, LeadSquared's own automation and distribution work on it like any other: assign it to a counselor by program or region, create the first call task, send the brochure. The page only has to deliver a clean lead with the answers attached, and it does so seconds after the submit.
Test program pages on enrollments, not inquiries
With the page variant in a LeadSquared custom field, you can see which version of a program page brings the leads that enroll. A variant that wins on inquiries but loses on enrollments costs counselor hours every week; having the variant on the lead makes that visible before the budget follows it.
