SMTP on your landing pages
When you deliver leads to buyers or clients, the email itself is part of the product. It should come from your domain, reach the inbox, and show the buyer what they're paying for: who the lead is, which page they came from, and when they submitted.
The Email (SMTP) integration sends a notification through your own mail server for every submit on a LanderLab landing page or quiz. The server is saved to your LanderLab account once, and each page gets its own recipients, subject and layout. It works with any provider that gives you SMTP access, Gmail and Google Workspace included.
It's for lead gen shops delivering to buyers, agencies sending each client their leads, and insurance, legal and finance teams whose IT wants mail to go through their own servers.
Lead emails through your SMTP server
Each submit sends an email through your server to the people that page names: your team, a buyer's intake address, a client, with Cc and Bcc for anyone who needs a copy. The lead's details are laid out as a table, a list or your own HTML.
Leads sent from your own domain
The email goes out under the from address and name you set, through any provider that gives you SMTP access, not only Gmail. That suits sending leads to a client or a buyer: each lead arrives from your own domain, and Reply-To can point at whoever answers their questions.
For a pay-per-lead business, that consistency matters. Buyers learn to trust the sender, and nobody wonders whether the lead came from you.
Page and variant in every lead email
Pick Custom HTML and you can place LanderLab's merge fields where you want them, such as LL Lander URL, LL Variant ID and LL Submission Time UTC. Whoever reads the email sees which page and which A/B variant produced the lead, and when, without logging in to anything.
Add the visitor's IP and user agent for buyers who check lead quality, and the email becomes a small record of how the lead was collected.
High volume without hitting Gmail's limits
A regular Gmail account caps how much it can send per day, which a busy campaign can reach. With SMTP you can send through Google Workspace's SMTP relay or a dedicated sending service instead, and keep the same pages, recipients and layout.
