HubSpot on your landing pages
Paid leads go cold while they sit in a spreadsheet, and they lose their source the moment someone imports them. Connecting HubSpot to your LanderLab pages fixes both. Each submit on a landing page or quiz funnel becomes a HubSpot contact in real time, with the page, the variant and the campaign stored on it. You sign in to HubSpot once and turn it on for the pages that need it.
It's built for teams that buy traffic and sell from HubSpot: a lead gen shop running Meta and Google to quote pages, an agency reporting leads back to a client's portal, a B2B team sending LinkedIn clicks to a demo request. The lead lands where the reps already work, and the context of the click is still on it.
Every paid lead becomes a HubSpot contact
You choose which form fields go to which contact properties, and from then on each submit is a HubSpot contact the moment the form is sent. Quiz answers count as fields too, so a ZIP code, a budget or a timeline can each have their own property, ready for lists and lead scoring.
Because HubSpot keys contacts on email, a lead who comes back through a second ad updates the existing contact instead of creating a duplicate your reps have to merge.
Know which page and variant made the contact
Next to the form fields, LanderLab sends its own: the page URL, the variant the visitor saw and the time of the submit. Map them to contact properties and every contact says where it came from, so an A/B test can be judged on the leads that became deals, not only on form fills.
Add hidden fields for utm_source, utm_campaign and the click ID and they come along too. A HubSpot list filtered on the campaign property shows what each ad set actually produced in pipeline, not just in clicks.
Follow up while the click is still warm
A paid lead cools fast. With the contact in HubSpot as soon as the form is sent, a workflow can enroll it, assign an owner and send the first email straight away. The rep calls someone who filled the form minutes ago, not yesterday.
Send HubSpot only the leads that fit
Not every lead belongs in the CRM. In LanderLab Workflows (beta), HubSpot is one of the action nodes: put a Filter or an If node in front of it and only US leads, finished quizzes or homeowners reach HubSpot. A Runs view shows each lead's path, so you can see why a lead was or wasn't sent.
