CallGrid on your landing pages
CallGrid can tell you which calls got paid. What it can't do by itself is tell your ad platform which click produced them, or stop the calls that were never going to get paid. Both depend on the page in front of the number.
A LanderLab page qualifies the visitor before the number shows and keeps your tracker's click ID on the URL. CallGrid's DNI script, placed in the page's custom code, gives that visitor a number from your pool and records the page's parameters as tags, the click ID included. When the call clears your buyer's rules, a CallGrid webhook posts it back to ClickFlare, any tracker that takes a postback, or Meta, and your campaigns optimize on calls that paid.
CallGrid numbers only for callers who qualify
Final expense, Medicare and auto insurance buyers set a connect duration before a call counts. Every caller who dials and hangs up early is a click you paid for and a call nobody pays for.
A LanderLab quiz moves the number behind the questions your buyers' rules ask: age, coverage, state, whether they're the decision maker. Visitors who fit reach the call page and get a CallGrid number; the rest see another offer. CallGrid's pool then only holds numbers for people worth routing.
The click ID and the answers as CallGrid tags
CallGrid captures a URL parameter once it's set up as a tag, and it has a template for the common tracking parameters. With the click ID tagged, every call carries the click that bought it.
Quiz answers follow the same path. LanderLab's Forward URL Parameters and Include Quiz Data put them on the call page's URL, and as tags they're on the call for routing and reporting.
Paid calls back to ClickFlare, your tracker and Meta
CallGrid's Conversion Pixel webhooks cover ClickFlare, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics among others, plus trackers that take a postback, and fire on the event you choose: Call Inbound when the call arrives, Call Answered when a buyer picks up, or Call Paid when it meets the payout criteria.
Fire on Call Paid with the payout and a transaction ID, and your tracker records calls that earned, once each. The ad sets on Meta learn from paid calls instead of from clicks on a phone number.
Buyers, destinations and caps
In CallGrid each buyer has destinations with business hours, a revenue setting, a conversion rule such as a minimum connect duration, and daily and concurrent caps. Calls go only where they can be taken and paid for.
When your own buyers are full, CallGrid's real-time bidding can send the call to buyers on Ringba, Retreaver or TrackDrive, so a click you paid for still earns.
