CallTrackingMetrics integration

A lead who fills your form and waits for a callback is still shopping. Send each submit to a CallTrackingMetrics FormReactor and CTM rings your agent first, then connects them to the lead while the form is still fresh.

  • Webhook
  • Landing pages, Quiz funnels, Workflows (beta, by HTTP Request)

Why connect it

Why CallTrackingMetrics and LanderLab

  • Your agent on the phone with the lead

A FormReactor set to dial the agent first calls your team, then connects them to the lead, so the callback starts from the submit, not from someone checking an inbox.

  • The campaign on every form entry

UTMs, the click ID, the quiz answers and the page go into CTM custom fields, so the agent knows what the lead asked for before saying hello.

  • Forms and calls in one activity log

Form entries sit in CTM's activity log next to your tracked calls, so reports show both from the same campaigns.

  • A text before the call

A FormReactor can send a follow-up text after the submit, so the lead knows who's calling before the phone rings.

  • No Zapier in the middle

The page's webhook calls CTM's API directly, with no Zap to pay for or to break.

  • Only the leads worth a call

Put LanderLab Workflows (beta) in front, so only completed quizzes or leads in your service area ring an agent.

CallTrackingMetrics on your landing pages

Speed to lead decides a lot of paid traffic campaigns. A homeowner with water in the basement or someone hurt in a car accident often fills more than one form, and the first business to call back has the best shot at the job. A lead sitting in an inbox until someone checks it is a lead you paid full price for and may lose.

CallTrackingMetrics' FormReactor turns a form submission into a phone call: it rings your agent, queue or number first and connects them to the lead. LanderLab's webhook posts each lead from your page straight to CTM's FormReactor API, so there's no connector or Zap in between. The lead fills your landing page, CTM starts the callback you designed, and the campaign rides along on the form entry.

A CallTrackingMetrics callback for every paid lead

A FormReactor can dial the agent first: CTM calls a phone number, a queue or an agent, and once someone answers, connects them to the lead's number. It can also add the lead to a smart dialer or simply log the entry, with after-hours routing for submits that come in at night.

For campaigns where the first call wins, like water damage, towing, legal intake or mortgage refinance, that turns your landing page into a call trigger. You keep the form for visitors who won't dial a stranger, and still get a live conversation out of it.

CTM custom fields that keep the campaign

Any custom field in CTM can be filled from the lead. Send the quiz answers, utm_campaign, the gclid and LanderLab's own fields, like the page URL and the A/B variant, and they're on the form entry the agent sees.

That gives the agent context and gives you attribution. Because the entry sits in CTM's activity log next to the calls, your reports show form leads and calls from the same campaigns side by side, and you can see which ad sets produce conversations, not only submits.

A text first, then the call

Each FormReactor can send a follow-up text after the submit, with a delay you set, and a submission can ask CTM to hold its reaction for a few minutes. Pair the text with dial the agent first and the lead gets a message confirming the request while CTM lines up the call, so the ring doesn't come from a number they don't recognize.

Only the leads worth an agent's time

Not every submit should ring the phone. LanderLab Workflows (beta) can filter leads before they reach CTM, so only completed quizzes, only leads in your service area, or only the answers your team can help with trigger a call, while the rest go to email follow-up. Every lead is still in LanderLab's Leads tab either way.

Use cases

Ways to use CallTrackingMetrics on paid traffic

  • 01

    Water damage dispatch

Google Ads sends homeowners with a flooded basement to a short form. Each submit reaches the FormReactor, CTM rings the on-call dispatcher first and bridges them to the homeowner, with the damage type on screen.

  • 02

    Legal intake after hours

A Meta campaign for car accident claims runs into the evening. Daytime submits ring the intake team at once; after-hours routing holds the rest for the morning, with the campaign on every entry.

  • 03

Insurance quotes into a smart dialer

A quote quiz on native traffic sends each lead with the coverage answers as custom fields, and the FormReactor adds them to a smart dialer so agents work the newest leads first.

FAQ

CallTrackingMetrics integration FAQ

Anything not here, ask us.

CallTrackingMetrics and LanderLab

Should I connect CallTrackingMetrics to my landing pages?

Yes, if your team closes on the phone. Each form lead becomes a callback CTM starts for you, with the campaign attached.

Does LanderLab integrate with CallTrackingMetrics?

Yes, through the page's Webhook integration: it posts each lead to CTM's FormReactor API, which starts the callback you designed.

Do I need Zapier to send leads to CallTrackingMetrics?

No. The webhook calls CTM's API directly, so there's no Zap in the middle.

Can I send quiz answers to CTM?

Yes. Each answer can fill a CTM custom field on the form entry.

Will CTM see my UTMs and click ID?

Yes, as custom fields. Hidden fields named utm_source, utm_campaign or gclid fill from the ad's URL and are sent with the lead.

Which CTM plans include FormReactor?

CTM lists FormReactors on its Marketing Pro, Sales Engage, Enterprise, Growth and Connect plans.
