Databowl integration

Fake emails, dead numbers and duplicates cost you twice: once in ad spend, again in returns. Send each lead from your pages into Databowl and it's checked before a buyer ever sees it.

Why connect it

Why Databowl and LanderLab

  • Validated before a buyer sees it

Email, phone (HLR) and address checks run as the lead arrives, so a buyer is sent leads that can be reached, not ones that bounce.

  • Duplicates rejected at the door

A lead Databowl has already seen comes back as DUPLICATE_LEAD instead of being sold twice and returned once.

  • Caps and pauses reported on submit

When a campaign or your supplier cap is full, or you're paused, Databowl says so on the spot, and some leads are quarantined to be accepted later rather than lost.

  • Fewer returns, fewer awkward invoices

Leads that fail validation never reach the buyer, so they never come back as returns to argue about at the end of the month.

  • Source and variant on every lead

Hidden fields carry the campaign from the ad's URL and LanderLab adds the A/B variant, so pass rates can be compared by traffic source and by page.

Databowl on your landing pages

Databowl sits between the form and the buyer and asks what the buyer would: is this email real, does this phone connect, have we seen this person before. LanderLab builds the forms and quiz funnels that produce the leads. The page's webhook posts each submit to Databowl's lead API as it happens, into the campaign you name, and only the leads that pass go on.

It's for UK and European lead generators and the buyers who take their leads: home improvement, energy, finance, insurance. Suppliers get their leads checked before a buyer judges them. Buyers who ask every supplier to send through Databowl get your landing pages on the same terms as everyone else.

Every lead checked before it's sold

A lead from paid traffic can look complete and still be useless: a typo in the email, a number that doesn't connect, the same person filling the form twice. Databowl checks each one as it arrives, with email validation, an HLR lookup on the phone, address checks and duplicate detection, and passes on only what holds up.

For a supplier, that means the leads a buyer receives are the ones that survive the checks the buyer would run anyway. For a buyer, it means every supplier's leads, yours included, meet the same bar before anyone pays for them.

A clear answer on every submission

Databowl answers each lead with a result of created or error. Created means the lead passed the first checks and went on for processing, not yet that it was accepted. Error comes with a reason: DUPLICATE_LEAD, MISSING_FIELD, DAILY_CAP_REACHED, SUPPLIER_PAUSED and others.

Some of those are worth knowing about early. A daily cap reached at 10am tells you to slow the campaign before the rest of the day's spend buys leads with nowhere to go.

Judge landing pages on leads that pass

A variant that wins on form fills can lose on valid leads: a shorter form may let more junk through. With LanderLab's variant ID and your campaign sent alongside each lead, Databowl's pass rate becomes the number you test on, and the page that wins is the one producing leads buyers keep.

Every lead kept on your side too

LanderLab stores each lead in its Leads tab, filterable by date and variant, whatever Databowl decides about it. For teams that don't want leads stored outside their own systems, Lead Compliance Delivery sends them straight to the webhook without storing them in LanderLab, with the trade-off that a failed delivery can't be recovered.

Use cases

Ways to use Databowl on paid traffic

  • 01

    Boiler and heating quotes

A homeowner quiz on Meta in the north of England sends each lead into Databowl, where duplicates and dead numbers are stopped before the installers buying the campaign see them.

  • 02

    A supplier into a buyer's Databowl

A finance buyer asks every supplier to send through its Databowl campaign. Your landing pages post straight in with your supplier ID, and the buyer judges you on the same checks as everyone else.

  • 03

Two landing pages, one pass rate

An agency tests a two-step quiz against a single long form. The quiz gets fewer submits, but more of them pass Databowl, and that's the variant that goes live.

FAQ

Databowl integration FAQ

Anything not here, ask us.

Databowl and LanderLab

Should I connect Databowl to my landing pages?

Yes, if your leads are bought on quality. Each lead is validated as it arrives, so the ones that reach buyers are reachable and not duplicates.

Does LanderLab integrate with Databowl?

Yes, through the page's Webhook integration: it posts each lead to Databowl's lead API, into the campaign you name.

Do I need Zapier to send leads to Databowl?

No. The webhook posts straight into the Databowl campaign, and Databowl's verdict comes back on the same request.

What does Databowl check?

Email validation, phone checks including HLR, address checks and duplicate detection, depending on how the campaign is set up.

What happens to a duplicate lead?

Databowl rejects it with DUPLICATE_LEAD. It's still in LanderLab's Leads tab, so you can see how many duplicates each campaign produces.

Can I send quiz answers and UTMs to Databowl?

Yes. Quiz answers are fields like any other, and hidden fields capture the UTMs from the ad's URL.
