Lead Docket on your landing pages
Lead Docket is where a firm's intake team works: every potential client is an opportunity to qualify, follow up with and sign, and its reports show which lead sources turn into retained cases. LanderLab builds the pages and qualifying quizzes your Google, Meta and local ads send people to. The page's webhook posts each submit to the firm's own Lead Docket intake endpoint, where it lands as an opportunity.
It's for personal injury, mass tort and other practice areas running their own ads, and for the legal marketing agencies and lead generators who deliver cases to firms. The quiz screens the case, and Lead Docket's follow-up and reporting take over from the first second.
Every intake form, a Lead Docket opportunity
Lead Docket takes web leads through integrations the firm sets up: each one has its own endpoint and its own list of accepted fields, and each lead posted to it becomes a new opportunity. The page's webhook posts to that endpoint on every submit, with each answer under the field name the firm defined.
Because an integration creates opportunities rather than updating existing leads, every submit is a fresh record for intake to qualify, which is how most firms want web leads handled anyway.
Know which ads sign cases
A personal injury campaign is judged on signed cases, not on calls or form fills. Give each page its own Lead Docket integration with its own Marketing Source and Contact Source, send utm_campaign and the click ID into custom fields, and Lead Docket's Opportunities by Source report shows which campaigns produce clients.
Add LanderLab's variant ID and a split test between two intake pages can be read on signed cases too, so a long form and a short one are compared on the cases they bring in.
Qualify before intake picks up the phone
A short quiz does the first screening: what happened, when, was anyone treated, do they already have a lawyer. Those answers arrive on the opportunity, so the intake specialist starts with the facts and spends the call on the client, not on the questionnaire.
On Scale and up, people who start the quiz and leave before the end are kept in LanderLab's Leads tab as Partial leads, so you can see which question loses them and fix it.
One endpoint per firm for agencies
Agencies and lead generators delivering to several firms point each firm's page at that firm's own Lead Docket endpoint. Every firm works its leads in its own Lead Docket, and every firm's reports show your campaigns as their own source.
