Five9 on your landing pages
Five9 built Web2Campaign for exactly this: a web form submits, and the contact lands in a dialing list. LanderLab's Webhook integration turns your landing pages and quizzes into that form. Each submit is posted to Web2Campaign as it happens, so the record is in the list behind your outbound campaign within seconds, not at the next import.
It's for contact centers buying their own leads: home security, insurance, solar, home services, financial products. The page qualifies and captures consent, Five9 dials, and the campaign that bought the click stays on the contact record where agents and reports can see it.
Contacts straight into a Five9 dialing list
Web2Campaign adds a record to a Five9 list straight from a web form: the phone, the name, the address and any custom contact fields you've created in Five9.
LanderLab's webhook sends exactly that on every submit, set per page, so each page can feed its own list. A home security page fills one list, a solar page another, each behind its own outbound campaign.
Speed to lead, ahead of the list
An outbound list is dialed in order, and a fresh web lead added to the end of a long list waits its turn. Flag it to be called as soon as possible and Five9 puts it in a special queue that's dialed ahead of its place in the list.
For leads who want a call later, Five9 can schedule the dial. A quiz that asks morning, afternoon or evening turns into a call at the hour the prospect chose.
One contact per person
People fill forms twice. Web2Campaign looks up an existing contact by its phone number, or by the fields you choose, and updates that record instead of creating another, so the agent sees the latest answers.
Every lead accounted for
Five9 answers every Web2Campaign post with a result, so a lead that didn't make the list shows up as an error, not as a day of silence on the floor.
LanderLab also keeps every lead in its Leads tab, filterable by date and variant (CSV export on Grow and up), so a lead that didn't make the list can be found and loaded.
