Trello on your landing pages
For a remodeler, a roofer or a small agency, a CRM is often more tool than the job needs. A Trello board with lists for New, Called, Estimate sent and Won does the work, and everyone already knows how to drag a card. The missing piece is getting paid leads onto it without someone copying emails.
LanderLab's webhook adds the card through Trello's API on every submit. The card's name says who and what, its description holds every answer and the campaign, and it lands at the top of the list where nobody can miss it.
A Trello card per lead, at the top of the list
Each submit becomes a card named for the person and the job, like Rosa Delgado · Kitchen, with the full form in its description. Trello renders Markdown, so labels like Phone and Budget stand out and the number is one tap away on a phone.
Labels for the traffic source and a member for the right estimator mean the card arrives sorted. Trello's own automation can take it from there, moving cards, adding checklists or setting due dates by the rules you write.
Your sales process as Trello lists
New, Called, Estimate sent, Won, Lost. Each list is a stage and each card a lead, so the board is a pipeline your team updates just by dragging. At the end of the week the Won list is your booked work, and the Lost list tells you which pages bring people who were never going to buy.
Campaign and variant written on every card
Trello cards have no built-in place for UTMs, and Custom Fields can't be filled in the same request that creates a card, so the campaign, the click ID and the A/B variant go at the end of the description. Search the board for a campaign name and a Won label and you see which ads booked jobs.
That's enough to judge a split test by booked jobs rather than form fills: the variant is on every card, and the Won list doesn't flatter anyone.
