Smartsheet on your landing pages
Operations-heavy lead gen runs on sheets: a debt relief floor assigning callbacks, a solar company scheduling site surveys, a lead seller reconciling returns. Smartsheet adds what a plain spreadsheet lacks, like assignments, alerts and reports, but only if the leads are in the sheet as they arrive.
LanderLab's webhook adds the row through Smartsheet's API on every submit. Each answer goes into the column you pick, the campaign and the A/B variant come along, and your Smartsheet automations fire on the new row exactly as if someone had typed it in.
A Smartsheet row per lead, column by column
Each cell names its column by ID, so the row lands exactly where your team expects it, even after someone renames or reorders columns. Columns the form doesn't fill stay empty for your team to complete: call outcome, next step, assigned closer.
Smartsheet checks values against column types. Sent with strict parsing off, a cell reads loosely formatted values instead of rejecting them, which suits forms where people type phone numbers and dates their own way.
Callback queues run by Smartsheet automations
Add an Assigned To contact column and a Status dropdown, then let a Smartsheet workflow assign new rows by state or alert the closer when a row is added. The queue runs itself, and every lead was on it as soon as the form was sent.
Managers get the view they need without a separate tool: a filter for unassigned rows, a report of callbacks due today, a dashboard on the wall of the call floor.
Lead quality by source in a Smartsheet report
Send utm_source, utm_campaign and the variant to their own columns. A report grouped by campaign, with the Status column summarized, shows which traffic produces enrolled clients and which produces hang-ups. Put it on a dashboard and the media buyer and the floor manager are reading the same numbers.
Buyer returns without the spreadsheet fight
If you sell leads, a sheet holding every lead you sent, with its source, variant and submission time, is the record you settle returns against. Mark returned leads in a column and your cost per accepted lead by campaign is one report away.
Every lead also stays in LanderLab's Leads tab, filterable by date and variant and exportable as CSV on Grow and up, unless Lead Compliance Delivery is on, so a disputed lead can always be checked against the source.
