Slack on your landing pages
You've already paid for the click and the form fill. What's left is how fast someone calls, and that part costs nothing in media. LanderLab posts each new lead from a landing page or quiz funnel straight into a Slack channel, so the person who will dial sees it where they spend the day, not in an inbox or tomorrow's export.
The connection runs on a Slack incoming webhook from a small app you create once, so there's no Zap in the middle and no per-task bill. It suits Medicare and insurance call floors, solar and home services appointment setters, and agencies whose clients want to see each lead as it lands.
Slack lead alerts that cut your speed to lead
The moment a visitor submits, the lead is a message in the channel. The List format lays out every field under a line of intro text; Custom lets you write the message so the name, the phone and the one answer that qualifies the lead come first, where a phone's notification preview shows them. Nobody has to open a dashboard to find out a lead came in.
That matters most on offers where the first call wins: Medicare during enrollment, auto insurance, home services where the homeowner asked three companies at once. A setter working from Slack can be on the phone while the lead is still fresh.
A Slack channel for each client, offer or geo
Every webhook URL is tied to one channel, so each client, offer or campaign can have its own, public or private. Connect each page to its channel and the people who work those leads see only theirs: #solar-az for one crew, #medicare-fl for the licensed agents in Florida, a private channel per agency client.
One Slack app can hold a webhook for each channel, so opening a new market means a new channel, not a new tool.
Claim the lead in the thread, call while it's warm
A lead in a shared channel reaches the whole team at once. Whoever is free replies in the thread and calls while the prospect is still near the form, and everyone else can see it's taken. There's no round robin to configure and no lead sitting in an inbox nobody checks after 6 p.m.
Campaign data on every alert, a record behind every alert
Add hidden fields named utm_source, utm_campaign or gclid to the page and their values ride along on the alert. During a launch, the channel becomes a live read of which ad sets bring leads your closers actually want, well before the ads manager has enough data to say so.
Slack is the alert, not the database. Every lead is also stored in LanderLab's Leads tab, where you can filter by date and A/B variant and, on Grow and up, export a CSV for the buyer or the client.
