WhatsApp on your landing pages
LanderLab's WhatsApp integration sends a WhatsApp message every time a page collects a lead, through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and your own WhatsApp Business account. You connect the account once, then choose per page who gets the message and which approved template it uses.
The recipient can be you, a client or a sales rep. Or it can be the lead: the message goes to the phone number the visitor just typed, on the app they actually read.
It's built for local service ads, where the owner works from the phone, and for geos where WhatsApp is how people talk to businesses, such as Latin America, Southern Europe and India.
WhatsApp lead alerts on the phone that makes the callback
Switch WhatsApp on for a page and each new lead from it arrives as a WhatsApp message. There's no dashboard to open and no new app to learn, and the alert lands on the phone the call is made from. A prospect who asked for a quote a minute ago still remembers why, and a quick callback reaches them before they fill in a competitor's form.
Alerts for clients who don't use Slack
If you run paid traffic for a local business, the owner may never open Slack or Telegram, but they check WhatsApp. Sending the alert there puts the lead in front of the person who will call it back, without a login to anything.
For an agency, that changes the client conversation. The owner sees the leads your campaigns produce as they happen, with the campaign named in each alert, instead of waiting for a monthly report to find out the ads are working.
WhatsApp templates and the 24-hour window
WhatsApp only delivers free-form text to people who have messaged your business number in the last 24 hours. Everyone else, a client's phone that has never written to your number included, gets a template: a message you create in WhatsApp Manager and Meta approves before it can be sent.
That's why LanderLab's WhatsApp alerts work from your approved templates, with each placeholder filled from a lead field or a fixed value, and flags a template Meta no longer approves. One template with the name, the phone, the answer that matters and the campaign covers most alert needs.
Message the lead, not only yourself
Point the message at the lead's phone field and every person who submits gets a WhatsApp message from your business: a booking confirmation, a quote reference, the number your technician will call from. When the callback comes, it's from a business they've already seen in their chats.
WhatsApp's rules require a person's opt-in before a business messages them, and the opt-in has to name your business, so put a consent line next to the phone field. Numbers also need the country code, which is easy when you buy one geo per page.
