Microsoft Teams on your landing pages
If your reps work in Microsoft 365, the shortest path from a paid click to a callback runs through a Teams channel. LanderLab posts each lead from a landing page or quiz funnel to the channel as an Adaptive Card, so the agent on shift reads the name, the phone and the qualifying answers in the place they already talk.
There's no Teams connector to buy and no Zap in between. A Teams workflow gives the channel a webhook address, and the page's Webhook integration sends the card to it on every submit. It runs on the route Microsoft supports today, not on the Office 365 connectors being retired.
Teams lead alerts for Microsoft 365 sales floors
Insurance agencies, B2B sales teams and service companies that run on Microsoft 365 already have their people in Teams all day. Putting the lead there removes the step where someone notices an email, opens a CRM view or refreshes a sheet. The card shows up in the channel, an agent replies that they've got it, and the call starts.
For a team buying Microsoft Ads, Google and Facebook traffic, that's one of the cheapest improvements you can make: the click is paid for either way, and a faster first call is the part you control.
Office 365 connectors are retiring: why Teams Workflows is the safe bet
The old Teams incoming webhook was an Office 365 connector, and Microsoft is retiring those, with the creation of new ones soon to be blocked. The replacement Microsoft documents is the Workflows app, whose Send webhook alerts to a channel template, called post to a channel when a webhook request is received in older guides, turns each request into a message in the channel you choose.
Alerts sent through a Teams workflow use that route, so a page you launch today keeps posting as the connectors go away. If a Teams alert from an older setup has gone quiet, the retirement is the usual reason, and a workflow brings it back.
An Adaptive Card your agents can scan between calls
Agents on a quote floor read alerts in the gap between two calls. The card keeps the order you choose: name, phone, the two answers that price the policy, the campaign. Long answers and the page URL sit at the end, there when needed but never pushing the phone number out of view.
Because every card is built the same way, a manager scrolling the channel can spot a run of leads from one campaign or one A/B variant at a glance, and tell the buyer before the day's budget is gone.
Leads in a client's own Teams tenant
Agencies can post straight into a client's own Teams. The workflow lives in the client's tenant, so the client keeps control of the channel, nobody grants you a seat, and the client's reps see the leads your ads produce without a weekly export.
