Customer.io on your landing pages
Customer.io is at its best when it knows what someone just did. A demo request, a waitlist signup or a finished quiz is exactly that kind of signal, but when the landing page lives outside your product, the signal often arrives late or not at all.
LanderLab's webhook posts each lead to Customer.io's Track API, so one request identifies the person with their answers and campaign as attributes and records an event, such as lead_submitted, that an event-triggered campaign can start on. There's no Zap in the middle.
It's the pairing for SaaS teams booking demos from LinkedIn and Google, fintech and consumer apps building signups on Meta, and ecom brands that want a quiz lead to get a different sequence from a newsletter signup.
Customer.io people and events from paid traffic
Customer.io's Track API takes a person and an event in one batch. The person is identified by email and carries the lead's attributes; the event is named whatever your campaign listens for. If Customer.io hasn't seen the person before, it creates them.
That makes the landing page part of your product data. The same campaigns, segments and reports you use for in-app behavior now cover the people your ads bring in.
Event-triggered campaigns for demo requests and signups
A demo request from a LinkedIn ad deserves more than a generic autoresponder. With the event on the profile, a Customer.io campaign can confirm the request, send the case study for the lead's industry the next day, and follow up again if they haven't booked.
For consumer apps, the same event can start a waitlist sequence by email and switch to push once the person installs.
Attribution that lives on the Customer.io profile
Hidden fields keep utm_source, utm_campaign and the click ID from the ad's URL, and LanderLab adds the page and the variant. Send them as attributes and you can build a segment of every lead from one campaign, compare activation by ad set, or check which page version brought users who converted.
Route leads by answer before they reach Customer.io
In LanderLab Workflows (beta), a Switch on company size or plan can send different events from separate HTTP Request nodes, and a Filter can hold back leads outside your market. The Runs view shows each lead's path, so you can see exactly why someone got the campaign they got.
